In Medirect we deliver our medical equipment to homes, hotels, and senior facilities, regardless if it is on the first, second, or third floor.
To request our regular hours delivery or after-hours service you only have to contact us by Email or write us a Text Message or WhatsApp at (844)363-3278 / (844)DME-FAST. We will process your order to send one of our friendly technicians as soon as possible with your rental or purchase.
Our customer service representatives will contact you to set up an estimated arrival time and then our technician will call you to confirm he is on his way to deliver your medical equipment, assembly, and demo to your location.
If you are renting our medical products, we will contact you before your rental agreement due to set up the best time for you to let us pick up the equipment.

After Hours Delivery Service Disclaimers:
The delivery fee and an after-hours fee applies.
After hours delivery fee starts at $100 (After 5 pm).
Rates will vary depending on the day and time of delivery.
The after-hours delivery fee is not refundable.
Pick-up of medical equipment will be scheduled during regular business hours (After-hours service is only for deliveries, not including pick-up of the medical equipment).
Delivery Policy
In Medirect Medical Supplies we are happy to help our customers as much as we can during the purchase of your medical equipment. We will deliver your product safely and quickly from one of our distribution centers located in Houston TX, Miami & Orland FL, and Nashville TN.
Our associates will require a three hours window to deliver our products to your location if there is traffic or mechanical delays during the process. We will give you a courtesy call to notify you we are on the way to deliver your medical equipment and we will give you an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Cancelation Policy: Any cancellation made after the order is processed prior to the delivery will result in a Cancellation Administrative Fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 20% of the reserved services. If you cancel the order on the same day of the delivery the Cancellation Administrative Fee will apply along with the Delivery Fee. EQUIPMENT IS NOT PRORATED and there is NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on RENTAL EQUIPMENT or DELIVERY SERVICES.
There are no full or partial refunds for deliveries (we require the purchaser to be at the delivery location to receive the medical equipment).
